About the Role

Start your leadership journey with ALDI! As a Duty Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front—driving sales, serving customers, and supervising staff.

Your primary purpose is to ensure the store runs smoothly during your shift. You’ll support and guide team members, handle customer inquiries, and collaborate as part of the store management team. All the while, you’ll be honing your leadership skills and making a real difference for your team and our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.
  • Providing clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to the team.
  • Assisting in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Being a customer service superstar, serving customers at the registers with a smile.
  • Keeping shelves stocked with products so customers can find all their favourites.
  • Keeping an eye out for any incidents or hazards to ensure everyone’s safety.
