Availability Requirements:
- Full-Time: Shift availability required 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Part-Time: Shift availability required 3 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Anytime: Must be available a minimum of 4 hours per week, Sunday-Saturday.
Shifts are between 4 a.m. and 12 a.m. and may be up to 8 hours long
Responsibilities
As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, you will deliver an exceptional grocery shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy learning, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your daily tasks may include customer engagement, product knowledge, checkout operations, return processing, fresh food preparation, store presentation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to understand and perform duties safely in English
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
