As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, your role is to provide customers with an exceptional grocery shopping experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, managing checkout operations, handling returns, preparing fresh food items, stocking shelves, and more.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform job duties safely in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of customer service experience
