- Establish and execute site manufacturing goals

Key Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
- Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Agile PLM
- Background in advanced manufacturing, distribution, and logistics
