We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Area Manager, you will lead a team to ensure our customer orders are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
- Collaborate with support teams for business objectives
- Physically able to lift, squat, bend, and reach as needed
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
- Work in various environmental conditions
- Continuous climbing and descending stairs (if required)
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of process improvement experience
- Experience managing a team of 20+ employees
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
- Industry experience in various sectors
