Job Description
As the Barber Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the barbershop. This includes managing a team of barbers, ensuring high-quality services are provided to clients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also be responsible for handling scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a barber and 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position. You must also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve. A barbering license and knowledge of current industry trends are also required.
Experience and Specialization
We are looking for a Barber Shop Manager who is passionate about the industry and has a strong understanding of traditional and modern barbering techniques. Experience with men’s grooming and hair styling is a must, as well as the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in inventory management and scheduling is also preferred.
