Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Dispensing Audiologist to join the hearing centre team at our Kitchener location. This role combines clinical hearing assessment with hands-on hearing aid dispensing, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference in members' quality of life while working within a well-established retail health services environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments including case history intake, air and bone conduction testing, and speech evaluations
  • Recommend, fit, and dispense hearing aids tailored to each member's needs
  • Verify and validate hearing instrument performance after fitting
  • Take ear impressions and manage shell repairs and modifications
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation while adhering to infection control and confidentiality standards

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Audiology with qualifications to dispense hearing aids in Ontario
  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Clinical experience is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and solid technical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable using standard computer systems for documentation and administration
