Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers using effective strategies and role model behaviors for the team
- Provide feedback on processes and standards, escalating issues when necessary
- Contribute to improving customer experience through best practices
- Identify barriers and trends to enhance customer and associate experiences
- Ensure site safety and quality standards are maintained
- Work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Flexible hours including weekends and holidays, 30-39 hours/week
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in training others
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership or Amazon experience
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
Benefits and Salary
Amazon offers a competitive salary ranging from $31,200/year to $56,800/year based on geographic location and experience.
