Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and lead by example for the rest of the team
- Provide feedback and support to peers to resolve customer issues
- Contribute to the improvement of customer experience through best practices
- Identify trends and barriers to deliver a top-notch customer and associate experience
- Maintain site safety and quality standards
- Work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Perform additional duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in training others
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of leadership experience or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years of Amazon experience
