As a CXO Site Lead, you will represent Amazon and contribute to a culture centered around customer satisfaction, trust, respect, integrity, continuous improvement, and fun.
- Highly engaging with customers using effective communication strategies and setting an example for the team.
- Offer feedback on processes and standards, acting as a point of contact to help associates in resolving customer issues.
- Contribute to enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency through the development of best practices.
- Identify and communicate challenges and patterns that impact the customer and associate experience, assisting the manager in fostering a positive site culture.
- Collaborate with the manager to uphold site safety and quality standards.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks during shifts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in training others.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of leadership or Amazon experience.
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience.
Benefits and Salary
Amazon is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation is competitive and varies based on market location, ranging from $31,200/year to $56,800/year.
