REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience in training others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of floor leader or leadership experience
- 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
- 1+ years of Amazon experience
BENEFITS AND SALARY
We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year to $56,800/year, depending on geographic market and experience level. In addition to competitive pay, Amazon offers a full range of benefits including medical, financial, and other perks. Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package for certain positions.
