Job Description
Google Cloud is seeking a Program Manager for Digital Support Experience to lead complex, data-driven projects from end to end. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for product and service improvements, manage project lifecycles, and drive product strategy. You will be responsible for using data analysis, AI, and project management skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements and Necessary Skills
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in program or project management, data analysis, business intelligence, or customer support operations
- Experience working with SQL and connecting and summarizing large datasets
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with research, experimentation, A/B testing, statistical analysis methods, or maintaining data pipelines
- Experience using GCP products
- Ability to solve complex problems with a data-driven approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
