Job Description
As an Aldi Store Management Apprentice, you will be embarking on a three-year program that combines theoretical learning with practical store work. You will be part of a close-knit team that supports each other in a fast-paced retail environment. You will have the opportunity to learn something new every day and will work towards achieving a Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification. Ultimately, you will progress to a Deputy Store Manager role with further opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements and Necessary Skills
- GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 and above (minimum grade C or equivalent)

The salary for an Aldi Store Management Apprentice ranges from £8.44 to £11.83 per hour. As part of the program, you will receive training, support from experienced team members, and the chance to progress in your retail career.
