As an Aldi Store Management Apprentice, you will be embarking on a three-year programme that combines theory with practical store work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The role involves working closely with a close-knit team of colleagues, from Store Managers to Store Assistants, to ensure the smooth operation of the store. To be considered for the Aldi Store Management Apprentice position, you must have GCSEs in Maths and English, with a grade 4 or above (equivalent to a minimum grade C). Additionally, you should demonstrate a passion for making things happen and a desire to take on new challenges. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this role.
Benefits and Salary
The advertised salary for the Aldi Store Management Apprentice position ranges from £8.44 to £11.83 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, you will have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification upon successful completion of the programme.
