As an Aldi Store Management Apprentice, you will be embarking on a three-year programme that combines theory with practical store work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. To be considered for the Aldi Store Management Apprentice position, you must have GCSEs in Maths and English, with a grade 4 or above (equivalent to a minimum grade C). Additionally, you should demonstrate a passion for making things happen and a desire to take on new challenges. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this role.
Benefits and Salary
The advertised salary for the Aldi Store Management Apprentice position ranges from £8.44 to £11.83 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, you will have the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification upon successful completion of the programme.
