As an Aldi Store Management Apprentice, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. Over the course of a three-year programme, you will balance theoretical learning with practical store work. You will be part of a close-knit team where support and collaboration are key. Your responsibilities will include learning new skills every day, contributing to the smooth operation of the store, and working towards your Level 3 Retail Team Leader qualification. Upon completion of the programme, you will have the opportunity to work as a Deputy Store Manager with potential for further progression in the company.
