Job Description
- Pay starts at $18.95 per hour
- Reduced Full-Time: Average work between 30-39 hrs per week
- Open availability between the hours of 5am-10pm Sunday-Saturday
- Assist the manager with store operations
- Model desired behavior for the team and interact with customers
- Support supervisory tasks such as scheduling and payroll management
- Maintain inventory, product quality, and store cleanliness
- Participate in continuous improvement and development of best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Necessary Skills
- 1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience
- 3+ years of retail or customer facing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in Amazon Physical Stores
- Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience in training others and providing feedback
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
