Pay starts at $23.00 per hour with benefits available. Reduced Full-Time Position with an average of 30-39 hours per week. Open availability required between the hours of 5am-10pm Sunday-Saturday. As a Lead Associate at Amazon Go, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store operations. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, training the team, supporting floor leader duties, and ensuring a clean and safe store environment.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- 1+ years of leadership experience or 1+ years at Amazon
- 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience or 1+ years at Amazon
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Amazon Physical Stores
- Inventory management experience in retail or distribution
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Training experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to provide peer-to-peer feedback
BENEFITS AND SALARY
The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year to $56,800/year based on geographic location and experience level.
