Join the Amazon team as a Lead Associate with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour and benefits available. As the face of Amazon, you will contribute to a lively store culture focused on customer satisfaction, trust, respect, and continuous improvement. This role requires open availability between 5am-10pm Sunday-Saturday.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- 1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working in Amazon Physical Stores
- Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software
- Previous experience in training others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
BENEFITS AND SALARY
