As a Lead Associate at Amazon Go, you will be the friendly face of our store, embodying our core values of customer obsession, trust, respect, integrity, continuous learning, and fun. Your role will involve assisting the manager with store operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- 1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience working in Amazon Physical Stores
- Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior experience in training others
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving and delivering results
BENEFITS AND SALARY
Pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year to $56,800/year based on geographic location and job-related factors.
