Join Amazon Go as a Lead Associate and earn a starting pay of $22.00 per hour with great benefits. This role requires between 30-39 hours per week and availability between 5am-10pm every day of the week. As a Lead Associate, you will uphold Amazon’s values, interact with customers, and assist the store manager in various operational tasks.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- 1+ years of leadership or Amazon experience
- 3+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in Amazon Physical Stores
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience managing inventory in a retail setting
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

The salary for this position ranges from $31,200/year to $56,800/year based on geographic location and experience.
