Benefits and Salary:
The salary for the Assistant Store Manager position at Aldi ranges from £35,625 – £43,440 pro rata. Aldi offers permanent contracts, and the salary is based on a 45-hour work week. However, the company also provides options for 32, 36, and 40-hour contracts with pro-rated salaries.
