REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn multiple other platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime (Kronos) and PowerPoint
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
