As a Seasonal flex-time Staffing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating hiring events and supporting our high volume staffing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
BENEFITS AND SALARY
The base pay for this position ranges from $15/hr to $31.01/hr based on geographic market, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a full range of benefits and compensation packages, including equity and additional forms of compensation.
