As a Seasonal Staffing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our high volume hiring efforts and creating a positive experience for our candidates.
- Set up, execute, and break down hiring events
- Consult with applicants and determine the best fit
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct audits and resolve errors
- Travel to various locations as needed
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
