In this role, you will be an essential part of the hiring process for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles to support our customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the staffing process from candidate generation to starting on Day 1.
- Plan, execute, and audit hiring events based on labor projections.
- Consult with applicants to determine the best match for their desired position.
- Lead the resolution of candidate escalations and issues.
- Work with the team to achieve vision and goals by driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer-oriented experience, with a minimum of one year in HR/staffing.
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
