REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft applications and data-driven processes
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
BENEFITS AND SALARY
Our compensation is based on the cost of labor in various US markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $15/hr to $31.01/hr, depending on location and qualifications.
