Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute hiring events
- Help candidates navigate the hiring process
- Utilize technology to move candidates through the application process
- Assist in candidate generation activities
- Maintain 100% confidentiality with candidate information
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime, and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
