REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1+ years experience in customer-oriented environments
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems and excellent communication skills
