Our Workforce Staffing team is seeking bright, talented individuals to support hiring efforts for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles across multiple locations. As a Seasonal flex-time Staffing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing activities to ensure a smooth hiring process for our future associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, execute, and break down hiring events
- Assist candidates through the application process
- Consult with applicants to find the best match for their desired position
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System and other technologies
- Ensure flawless execution of high-volume transactions
- Participate in candidate generation activities at offsite events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
