We are seeking talented individuals to join our Workforce Staffing team as Seasonal reduced time Staffing Administrators. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing hiring activities to support high-volume staffing efforts for entry-level warehouse and fulfillment associate roles across multiple locations. If you are bright, driven, and customer-obsessed, we want you to help build the future Amazon talent pipeline.
REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in administrative tasks and data-driven processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
BENEFITS AND SALARY
As a Seasonal reduced time Staffing Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work up to 39 hours per week with a flexible schedule. The estimated start date is ASAP with an end date of December 28, 2024. You may also be eligible for overtime, evenings, and weekends based on business needs. Benefits and salary will be discussed during the interview process.
