Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with 5 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience if you hold an advanced degree. Additionally, experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients is essential.

Familiarity with optimizing and troubleshooting products or services, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders, is highly valued. Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube, or similar digital advertising tools is also advantageous. Project management skills, especially within complex and matrixed organizations, are important, as is a good understanding of digital media buying and promotion processes.
