The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a team of engineers working on the development of the Chrome browser for iOS devices. The Software Development Manager will provide technical leadership, oversee projects, and ensure the successful deployment of large-scale initiatives.
Requirements and Necessary Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in software development with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, and JavaScript
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role and 2 years of experience in people management
- 3 years of experience in mobile application development
- Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, experience in a complex organization, and familiarity with the Chrome Tech Stack
