Job Description:
- Coordinate and execute activities to support hiring events and staffing efforts.
- Assist candidates through the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Utilize various technologies to move candidates through the application process.
- Travel to multiple sites within designated geographical area based on business needs.
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required.
Requirements and Necessary Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create reports, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
