REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in administrative tasks and data-driven report processes
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in customer-oriented environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication
BENEFITS AND SALARY
