- Execute hiring events based on labor projections
- Guide candidates through the application process
- Utilize various technologies, including the Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct routine audits and analyze metrics
- Resolve candidate escalations and barriers

Requirements and Necessary Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in customer-oriented or operations roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with administrative tasks and data entry
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years experience in fast-paced, customer-oriented environments
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
