REQUIREMENTS AND NECESSARY SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in customer-oriented environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, MyTime, and PowerPoint
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage data-driven processes and reports
