Key Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, execute, and break down hiring events
- Guide candidates through the hiring process and documentation review
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System for application processing
- Work on projects as assigned and attend offsite events
- Maintain 100% confidentiality with candidate information
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Word, Excel, and other platforms
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
