The role involves conducting primary research, synthesizing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to create industry-leading products.

Requirements and Necessary Skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field
  • 4 years of experience integrating user research into product designs
  • 4 years of experience conducting mixed methods research

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in designing product experiences for web and mobile interfaces
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
