Google Cloud is currently seeking a talented UX Researcher to join the Conversational AI team in Waterloo, Canada. As a User Experience Researcher (UXR) for Google Cloud Conversational AI, you will play a vital role in understanding user needs, conducting primary research, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create industry-leading products.
Requirements and Necessary Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience working with senior leadership
- 2 years of experience conducting UX research on products
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts
- Passion for innovation and building conversational AI products
