Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position involves performing cycle counts for various clients, receiving and stocking inbound products, handling returns, and coordinating shipments. Candidates should have basic computer skills and may operate heavy machinery as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for palletizing products, creating shipping labels, and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform blind and manual cycle counts
- Receive and inspect inbound products
- Coordinate shipments and handle returns
- Operate power equipment safely
- Resolve customer inquiries and communicate service issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
