Amazon's fulfillment network keeps millions of packages moving every day, and we're looking for a hands-on leader to join our Brampton, ON team as an Area Manager II. You'll take charge of a shift-based hourly workforce, keeping safety, quality, and delivery promises on track while helping your people grow.
Your responsibilities
- Coach and motivate a team of up to 80 hourly associates across daily operations
- Own safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets for your area
- Partner with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to hit business goals
- Diagnose performance gaps with data analysis and drive scalable process improvements
- Lead alignment discussions with senior leadership on department-level priorities
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience managing employees and performance
- A bachelor's degree, or equivalent, or 2+ years of internal Amazon experience
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license in your state or province of residence
- Able to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for long shifts, including outdoor exposure
- Bonus: experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or leading teams of 50+ people

The base salary for this role in Brampton, ON ranges from 75,000 to 105,000 CAD per year, with final pay depending on experience and qualifications.
