Your responsibilities

  • Take complete ownership of restaurant performance, culture and daily standards
  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team through regular feedback
  • Recruit and grow diverse talent, spotting future leaders and creating clear career paths
  • Plan labour and stock effectively while removing barriers to smooth operations
  • Lead your team to deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns confidently

  • Proven ability to lead from the front and set the tone every day
  • Comfortable having tough conversations and getting the best from your team
  • Strong commercial awareness, confident managing KPIs, costs and profitability
  • Calm, decisive and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
