Pizza Hut is looking for a Shift Manager to join its delivery team in Clacton. This permanent role offers flexible shift patterns and the chance to lead a team dedicated to great pizza and great service. You'll receive full training and ongoing coaching from your Restaurant General Manager as you grow into the role.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure customers receive outstanding service
  • Apply and maintain company standards and procedures during every shift
  • Coach and support team members to help them perform at their best
  • Drive strong results and meet performance targets throughout the shift
  • Uphold Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times
