Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Doncaster Community Team for Adult Mental Health. This position is also open to experienced Band 5 therapists looking to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive Occupational Therapy service to adults with mental health issues.
- Manage a defined caseload using person-centred principles and evidence-based practice.
- Work autonomously within community settings as part of an integrated team.
Working Environment
The successful candidate will work with adults who have diverse learning disabilities, in various environments such as patients’ homes, care homes, and supported living settings. The team maintains close links with colleagues in Rotherham and Doncaster.

Essential Qualifications
- HCPC Registration.
- Minimum of 18 months post-qualifying experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in Learning Disabilities (LD) services.
- Knowledge of postural management and sensory integration.
- Supervision experience or relevant qualifications.
Salary and Contract Details

The position offers a salary between £37,338 to £44,962 per annum, pro rata, with a permanent contract and various working patterns available.
