We are seeking an organised Clinical Administrator with a passion for making a difference. This full-time role involves working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, at Cygnet Heathers and Meadow Mews, supporting the safe and smooth operation of services for individuals in our care.
About the Services
- Cygnet Heathers: A 20-bed service providing neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative rehabilitation for men with mental health difficulties and acquired brain injury.
- Cygnet Meadow Mews: A 10-bed enhanced community residential service for men with neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative conditions, addressing challenging behaviors alongside complex social needs.
Main Duties
The Clinical Administrator will provide administrative support, focusing on health records and requests for access, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality organisational and administrative support.
- Maintain and promote the hospital’s good reputation.
- Document minutes during patient review meetings.
- Ensure accurate maintenance, storage, and archiving of medical records.
- Manage patient finances and complete administration tasks for the responsible clinician.
- Cover reception as needed and manage discharge surveys.

Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in healthcare administration and knowledge of mental health.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and independently.
