Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a committed Consultant to join the Specialist Mother and Baby Mental Health Service (SMABS) as a Consultant Perinatal Psychiatrist. The position offers flexibility in terms of full-time, part-time, or job share. This role will be based at Fieldhead Business Centre in Bradford and aims to cover a diverse geographical area including Bradford, Airevale, and Craven.
Main Duties
- Provide clinical medical input and leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality specialist care.
- Conduct new assessments for complex patients and participate in multi-agency reviews.
- Lead pre-birth planning appointments and urgent patient reviews.
- Contribute to the development of the service and create clinical networks within the ICB footprint.

- Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum, pro rata
- Contract: Permanent

Qualifications Required
- Certificate of Completion of Training in General Adult Psychiatry or equivalent.
- Inclusion on the Specialist Register or eligibility for inclusion.
- Experience in Perinatal Psychiatry and excellent clinical skills.
