We’re seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead the established team at Sleights and Sandsend Medical Practice, committed to delivering excellent patient-centered care in a responsive and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, ensuring high quality patient services and staff motivation.
  • Lead initiatives that promote quality improvement and compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Oversee financial management, ensuring efficient budgeting and cash flow.
  • Handle human resource responsibilities including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and manage premises maintenance.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and maintain engagement with staff and patients.

Practice Overview

Sleights and Sandsend Medical Practice serves about 5200 patients from two purpose-built surgeries, rated outstanding by CQC. The practice is part of the Whitby, Coast and Moors PCN, collaborating with neighboring practices to enhance healthcare delivery.
