Active Care Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their South region team. This role is full-time, hybrid, and requires regular visits to services across the region, as well as attending Finance offices in Darlington and Waterloo. The position emphasizes financial business partnering and analysis to support the Managing Director South and the Regional Senior Management Team.
Main Duties
- Business partnering with the South Region Managing Director and teams to provide financial analysis and support.
- Driving development of KPIs for effective management reporting and business decisions.
- Supporting budget and forecast preparation in collaboration with the Commercial Finance Director and Managing Director.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis and costings for commercial and operational teams.
- Assisting in pricing discussions and addressing commercial issues.
- Preparing business cases for acquisitions and new branch openings.
- Delivering accurate management information, highlighting revenue and margin analysis.
- Reporting issues that could enhance management decisions and business performance.

Person Specification
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
- Proven success in deadline-driven environments with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in finance business partnering within the healthcare sector.
- A flexible and enthusiastic approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
