Your responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers to ensure a warm, welcoming experience
- Make children feel special by handing out balloons and supporting special events
- Attend to individual customer needs and requests
- Maintain high cleanliness standards in dining areas and restrooms
- Keep management updated on customer satisfaction and feedback

- Strong communication skills including active listening and eye contact
