Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join their established Community Nursing team at Abbey Court, Tunbridge Wells. The service operates from 08:00 to 16:00, seven days a week, with occasional late shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic and patient-focused care to diverse patient groups with complex needs.
- Work closely with local Primary Care Networks to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in a flexible working pattern, primarily Monday to Friday, with a possibility of weekend shifts.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Registered Healthcare Professional (1st Level Nurse/NMC).
- Degree in a health-related subject or a commitment to complete one within three years.
- Experience in community or acute healthcare settings.

- Able to organize and manage work effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
